1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and suka2cuc ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your access to and use of the suka2cuc website, mobile app and all related services we offer.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Suka2cuc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify users via a site notice or email whenever significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the suka2cuc platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• An individual acting on their own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or ban list of any gaming regulatory body.
• Information provided during registration is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, valid email address, phone number and other personal information required for identity verification (KYC) purposes. All this information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Suka2cuc reserves the right to reject a registration application or suspend an existing account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Documents typically required include identification card (MyKad), bank statement or recent proof of address. The KYC process is completed within 24 to 48 working hours.

3Account Policy

Each user is only allowed to own one active account at one time. Having multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances without compensation.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. We recommend that you:

• Using a strong and unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suka2cuc shall not be liable for any financial loss or data loss arising from a user's own disclosure of login credentials or negligence in maintaining account security.

Account Inactivity

Accounts showing no activity (login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly administrative fee of RM10 will be deducted from the inactive account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Suka2cuc supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for players' convenience, including all major banks via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources and be the full property of the registered user.
• Third-party deposits, including those from family members, are prohibited unless written approval has been granted by suka2cuc.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Suka2cuc offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the suka2cuc platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited by independent bodies to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results. The following are general rules applicable to all games:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, unsettled wagers will be voided and funds returned to the player's account.
• Suka2cuc reserves the right to void any bets or wins obtained through exploitation of software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game and are subject to change from time to time.

7Prohibited Conduct

Using the suka2cuc platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraud, identity falsification or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Use of robot software, automated bots, scripts or any automation tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempts to hack, breach or disrupt suka2cuc systems or infrastructure.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities that have not been disclosed to suka2cuc.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the suka2cuc platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, trademark names and user interface, is the exclusive property of suka2cuc or its relevant licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from suka2cuc. Any unauthorized use may result in appropriate legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

Suka2cuc provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or continuous availability of its services. To the extent permitted by law, suka2cuc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or events beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from fair and valid game outcomes.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your own negligence.

10Account Closure and Suspension

Suka2cuc reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Account security protection upon user request.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Eligible balances will be returned after all security checks are completed, subject to applicable terms.

11Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of suka2cuc's operating license. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved first through voluntary negotiation between both parties within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
